I’m Vishu Tanwar, an engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI/ML.

My journey began with building robust monitoring systems, crafting custom integrations with tools like Zabbix, ELK, and OEM to keep complex infrastructures observable, stable, and reliable. I didn’t just configure dashboards, I engineered visibility, automating health checks and alerts across distributed environments.

As my understanding of systems deepened, I moved beyond monitoring into intelligent automation. I discovered n8n, and it changed the way I approached workflows. I began creating automations that could think, alert routing systems, smart escalation paths, and dynamic incident lifecycles integrated across platforms like ServiceNow, Slack, and cloud-native APIs.

But my curiosity didn’t stop there. I saw an opportunity to bring AI into DevOps, not as a buzzword, but as a tool to reduce noise and boost efficiency. I dove into LangChain, RAG architectures, and LLM-based chatbots, building internal tools that could retrieve knowledge, automate resolutions, and even run remote commands via Puppet.

Today, I don’t just build infrastructure. I build intelligent systems that observe, act, and learn. With hands-on experience across AWS, GCP, and OCI, and a mindset rooted in automation, I’m focused on creating a future where machines don’t just run, they understand.
